” no admittance to life ”

not even through the post office

not even if U could get a breath of fresh air

sustainable to the lungs that U not be bendable

hacking from the stacking of carcinogen monsters

bearing their ugly heads

like monsters desiring to take U’r last breath

but that

not even a part of this poem

more it is – about the lack to roam

in the state of democracy

where all are rightfully supposed to live free

this not the reality i see

but the rich can murder me

take my heart

and pound on my soul

hoping that i physically perish

that the truth never to grow

these in a riddle soon to be heard in the full flow of truth rolled from the tongue

to the tips of your ears

on my walk

with my curiosity

and my fantasies 

within the intricate World of Chinese Culture

here i am in my head

in my thoughts

in my creativity

in my spillage of ink and artistic abstraction

so, where is it that i am

how far has it been that i have gone

why is it that i was not heard

can U tell me then

how long shall it be that i be disturbed

disturbed by the ink flow in my veins

where blood used to be and long been drained 

and for all the years i protested

others attest that it is that i complained

if it was that this was exactly as U knew

where one was murdered – though seen is dead

was shot several days ago

it had a beautiful season

an inspiration to all flowers indeed

my aspirations if i can find that seed

where am i 

to be this hopeful

where am i to have any chance

what soil could i use

fertilizer and photosynthesis

to grow my confidences

my social networks my only family

and family to leave me to the fire

but still look i do

to flourish like

democracy for what happened today

democracy for everybody

rich gay and poor

though the rich… they take what they know is rightfully theirs

with lawyers and power, and knowing everyone who exacts change

and even that which is not theirs is easily taken

not that there are not balanced rich people

there has to be… i believe i know some 

this is not the point

being that we who have not found that american dream

we who have to 

we must fight

we must shout

we must scream

and there are even rich, yes wealthy

who still await their rights

for what people say is wrong or right

souls observant

LOVE rawly emits

all that breathes

That is not yet

again savage

given to incivility

predatorily

etching out its existence

consumed within

infinite numbers of particles

released photosynthetically

absorbed Supernaturally

Conceptualized Conscientiously

so enjoying

LIFES FLOWER

rooted in

the zealousness of ADVOCACY

fighting apathy

by giving meaning

to being in and of

its presence

exuberantly depicting

the preciousness of life
