chasing stability
when i am always told that everybody wants stability
as if everybody is unstable
that is a lie to make the unstable feel a little bit better
i guess for the unintelligent, it is fine
i hate being a thinking man some times
π£
albeit, there is the certainty that there are many that are unstable
so please, give me an ear in this address
π£
these are the invaluable observations i have made about having depression and PTSD
they may different from you to me
we are all unique in our design
in body and in mind
so from one to another
here is the commonality that we can find
π£
it is not wise to minimal{ize} anybodies problem
to tell one about everybody else problems does one thing to a depressed person
it makes them more depressed – because what they are going through means nothing
therefore, a depressed person is then worth nothing
and guess where we are going
toward the darkness in terms of meeting the light
and not in the good way
π£
i figure if someone has a splinter in their hand, and is going all crazy
i won’t say calm the f)*&# down, i won’t approach the rage either
but just saying, i will try to understand
there may be much more behind the attack, the fit
and that is where the empathetic soul is needed
one who will hear – then the real problem will likely come out
or it can be lead out… and be treated, even if intermittently
until someone can help to dig deep into the soul and help the underlying problems to get resolved, or at least to work on minimizing the damage caused
π£
so this is just a first thought
a first observation of many
on how not to antagonize
how not to minimal[ize]
and how not to make light of ones difficulties
in the hopes of gaining stability
sometimes all we can do is
π£
chase stability Β
