There are a ton of secrets and motives to unveil. Secrets – are part of the truth that 4 people decided to keep from the courts when they waged an unjust war against a Marine. Those secrets, are the reason they lied/committed perjury, subornation of perjury, and omissions which is also perjury. Imagine the powers that they gave to a prison guard with a dishonorable discharge. A prison guard, who imprisoned his family, and the fire dpt had to call him home from the prison he worked at. They gave him too much of a chance, not knowing what kind of criminal he is – with the VERY RED FLAG THAT WAS VISIBLE. They did not know the animals he murdered, injured, and the other crimes he committed and still committed against family members. There may be and likely are still crimes being committed by that prison guard besides his constant illegal influence to keep the truth from coming out. There is certainly a cult practice of lies manipulating the silence of those who have contrary accounts – which they may never tell because of the lies and manipulation they have been exposed to. i would say, that they have been subjected too, however, it may be, like the largest cult America has ever seen, there are many, maybe most who have decided to follow it as an alternative to the reality that they wish to hide.

So yes, I desperately need help. Writing about this trauma has been the most difficult. This writing may not be the most coherent – though i have had one of my professors say that it is powerful, and asked if she could share it. i hope she does, i believe she will, she is of high integrity.

This piece speaks to wrongful imprisonment, something i have suffered and have never been afforded legal help — so i am yet to be vindicated. Wrongful Imprisonment is something, -idk- the # of people who have also suffered such, but certainly, it had to have been -and likely, is still prevalent. i surmise it has to be at least in the 10’s of thousands, but maybe even much higher. This is something we will never know, but what we do know is there was sexism, very blatant and open racism, corruption, and so much opportunity to cover up crimes when people of the judicial system wanted to. That includes the people that they allowed to commit crimes against the accused. That is criminal activity from any such official and/or public defenders as well as all who work for and with the courts who do anything to aid in such crimes.

Ever since courts started to be used, prior to the states being united. It used to be that police and detectives were allowed to physically beat a confession out of the accused victims, and the guilty alike. There is different ways to beat a person, physically and the “legal” way, is psychological, and this is at least, one of the foundations of coercion of guilty pleas and “deals” within the judicial system. Another foundation of coercion is subornation of perjury procured by district attorneys – as well as other officials who refuse to check and incorporate checks and balances to make a safeguard that perjury is not used in the process of the adjudication of a case.

America has a long history of wrongfully imprisoning people and corruption within the “judicial” system. i imagine it goes from the earliest days from the time people first migrated to America. Corruption had to have been a part of it too. The methods of vetting people for such positions, first of all, had to have been abysmal at best. Favors had to be being done left and right. Racism, forget about it. Racism was so blatantly prevalent until maybe 1960’s when it was only first starting to be fairer, after a very long civil rights struggle that still goes on to this day.

you have all likely witnessed a black man under a white mans knee GEORGE FLOYD (- and you seen people trying to take away from what really happened – you even see fake videos that say the cop is not a cop, and that George Floyd was or suggesting – is a criminal. None of those people are talking about what justice is. They, are trying to justify the crimes committed against the black man.

The fact is, this is a long standing history, and, no matter his history, or even if he did have a counterfeit $20.oo bill, it is not a death sentence, it is not justification, and it is not justice – as to what happened to George Floyd by a corrupt murdering police officer. The fact is, George was not a threat to anybody, the fact is, he was crying for his life because he knew he was being murdered, the fact is, the cop was/is corrupt, the fact is, these same kinds of crimes have been happening against Black people [POC /and/ crimes of classism], and even extremely more vile crimes for over 400 years.

Next to nobody has been doing anything to advocate for the rights of Black People – since the beginning of the crimes of slavery and those committed during slavery. Certainly not enough to make a difference that – as racist white people who hate the history – all lives matter [types] – when apparently — all lives — don’t matter – when that group of people who are dismissive of what is in front of their eyes – they are then diminishing current truth/history of violence and trying to erase the history of violence the same kind of people perpetrated throughout history in order to make a road for our country to not be responsive nor responsible for the past that is yet to be properly addressed.

Are crimes being committed against White people too. Certainly. And true – this overall problem is also about the police being at war with the citizens of their cities, towns, counties and state etc. We cannot say that though, without saying there are many Officers who are civil, who are just, who are fighting for justice. We also know that these such officers can be silenced by other [corrupt] police within a corrupt culture that more than frowns on those who would bring their shame/crimes to light for accountability.

Yes, change is needed – it was needed hundreds of years ago – and the fact is – the police —— force- is a system of power and it is difficult to change those in power. I am sure that there are many police Officers who want the same kind of change – but their mouths are gagged in a way. With change, it is very important to look at the truth within the realities of our current times and the duration of history. Accountability is desperately needed.!

Corruption – begets an open -non-“verbal” policy of approval for criminal activity – especially when those covering it up are the very people committing and “investigating” the criminal activity. It makes everyone [else – who is not in that line of work] vulnerable and susceptible to the criminally corrupt practices!

This piece of art is about some of the same corruption – not only that I was subjected to – but that other people have been subjected to forever. The corruption, i am certain, is still prevalent and has been prevalent forever.

This art piece is one i did when, i was wrongfully imprisoned. Since i was a child, i knew about racism and civil rights abuses in our country, and that they have been around since slavery. However, what i did not know, is how the judicial system was a system of abuses too, and apparently, in many ways, part of the same system as slavery which needs dismantling and reassigned as a system of civility.

Currently, the judicial system fosters racism, and classism and many other prejudices/crimes that are easily carried out under the guise of justice

crimes against any of the accused are easily carried out with the sophistication of the “laws” and those who are sophisticated criminals who know how to manipulate, and twist and conceal, and illegally withhold truth for justice. They do this while, their victims are hopeless, maybe suicidal, and made to be mentally unstable because of the trauma that they themselves cannot stop – and there is not anybody who can or will stop the horrendous crimes being committed against them. When people become hopeless and helpless – it is daunting, devastating, and crushing in every moment of existence that you are breathing in this environment, where threat of being murdered while you indeed are being murdered with every act of criminal injustice.

i experienced that there are two kinds of murder, which i have attained from experiencing being a victim of wrongful imprisonment.

One, where the person is murdered – especially when the person is, and always was a wonderful contributor to society, and the world we live in, innocent of criminal activity (you would have to understand CA P.C. § 26. and other laws that would be used to protect the innocent – if only they had $$$ for a defense – or defense lawyer[s] who gave/give a f*#( about #truth4justice.

the second type of murder is experienced when wrongfully jailed / imprisoned and subjected to the oppression of the system while out as well – as well as actual—physically being murdered!

That is why i use the term – false imprisonment.

– wrongful imprisonment – just sounds like a mistake. It does not hold the connotations of state and court officials, nor public defenders and others that work for and in the court who did or may have committed crimes against the accused to have them falsely imprisoned. The crimes the corrupt within this system commit is inclusive, and because of the crimes of sanctioning crimes of those who have plotted and conspired against the accused in the first place.

So, this art piece, though negative and you can feel the anguish ( i believe ) is put out into the world in hopes to make a more civil world, to speak against such corruption, both in general and against criminals who came against me A USMC CORPORAL, to expose their crimes with facts and deductions to the motives corrupt criminals (who still have not been made to pay for their crimes) have and had for their criminal behaviors❗️With help from people here and around the🌎 🌍 🌍 – we have seen that these sophisticated criminals – thus yet continuously commit crimes against the citizenry in order not to account for their criminal activity. NETFLIX “the way they see us” : it is too, a very emotional series about WRONGFUL IMPRISONMENT – Something similar happened to me – this Marine.

i am writing a book (and need help) about how a Disabled Marine Cpl (me) who was Wrongfully imprisoned for being pursued by a teen (who was… most predacious) who successfully sought many adults for sex and decided to allow herself to be illegally influenced by other criminals… to not tell the truth and use omissions in order to FEIGN innocence, and thus became a criminal herself.

The Marine, he would have been her most prized conquest, as he was 100% sexually abstinent/chaste for some 8 1/2years; one of many things she knew prior to seeking him out. That false witness was able to commit and get away with her crimes because of all the officials – as well as public defender[s] who decided to commit crimes on her behalf — more so, for the guard who orchestrated the crimes against the Marine – and used illegal influence that officials and cohorts were willing to submit to – for an agenda other than justice.

All of her actions were and still are illegally withheld – i aim to tell the world so that they can judge her and the others for the crimes they continue to commit, as the judicial allowed them to commit them and get away with them then and still—now today!.

Don’t get me wrong – this is not about shame on the female who could not help nor control her sexual appetite (though the guard certainly used shame, as did and does the judicial system in order to manipulate and commit their crimes! – so, this…, is about revealing the truth about the female, and other criminals who used shame to commit their crimes. It is not the first time she [with her team of other criminals] brought false allegations against someone who committed no crimes against her – she became a habitual criminal with her malicious false allegations by PERJURY/LYING/not disclosing the truth (omissions tantamount too, to PERJURY) of the realities of what happened. So, ultimately, this female used shame as a motive to commit crimes against the Marine in order for her to -effectively- feign innocence – that – at least in part is her motive for lies (false testimony embedded in maybe 3% truths that were corrupted with the lies and OMISSIONS tantamount to extreme false testimony. She is a criminal whose crimes were and still are sanctioned.

Furthermore – she and the others covered up all of her affairs, that’s right, her history of having sexual relationships with adults – something she could not get from the Marine she sought, so she decided to commit crimes against him too. The crimes where she had others wrongfully accused as well, one – i was told committed suicide even though he was vindicated in court – it was too much for him, and the other she/they did not take to court – and many others she never reported – because they too were people she sought to have open sexual affairs with – as her “mom” knew of many of such affairs and so did the prison guard. They hid (are hiding) all that and more – just to make and keep the Marine, the only one with integrity in the situation, as a scapegoat for crimes and seedy situations that they refuse to be responsible for – because they have never wanted to be responsible. (Don’t think this is the story – there are a shit-ton of facts yet to be revealed in the book.

She is a murderess, and so are the rest of them

So, it is [also] about:

– the realities and truth that were NOT permitted to prevail for justice)

– coercion of the Marine to plead guilty

– Murdering the Marine[‘s] good honorable Name

– Attempted MURDER orchestrated by the same guard who orchestrated the crimes against the Marine

– Threats and oppression against the Marine – throughout all the over 10 years imprisoned, by the guard and his cohorts, and then afterward as well.

– stalked by the same guard after release from parole)

– obstructions of justice committed by the 4criminals who’s crimes were/are sanctioned, by & the crimes State&Court officials & public defenders committed in doing so.

it is about perjury

it is about subornation of perjury

it is about omissions of the truth – from both those who were allowed to make false claims

– as well as officials who suppressed the truth the Marine shared in his statement[s] – as well as all the truth to be had

– taking advantage of a person while severely impaired from disabilities

– many attempts of murdering the Marine – who was wrongfully accused

– no weighing of any of the facts for justice

– solely fabrications around what actually happened

It’s about a prison guard who orchestrated the Crimes against the Marine – with illegal influence – who has an extreme history of being sadistic – and getting away with crimes against others because of his position as a guard. i am certain that The guard illegally withheld facts from his wife and illegally influenced her [as well as many other witnesses who he turned with his lies…] & she was willing to commit crimes for him to illegally influence others, and she was willing to allow her gay brother to commit crimes against the Marine too – with those same lies.

– her gay brother also having motives to commit crimes against the Marine – also will easily be substantiated and revealed in the book. Fact is – there have been people who committed crimes against gay people and the gay community – and you hear about it, do you ever hear about the pernicious crimes that a gay person commits against a heterosexual just because his views did not agree with the gay person. Most gay people i surmise are much better than that – and are likely not petty, nor become criminals because of such. It was not the first crime that this gay person committed against the Marine – nor is it the first set of false allegations this gay man made against the Marine – this part is already written – several times actually – and the other chapters too are penned and ready to be published – just in case these criminals get to strike again, they won’t do it themselves (likely) – because they have decades of establishing the cowards [criminals] that they are.

it is about officials colluding with the four willing to commit crimes and the officials also committing crimes in part — allowing them to commit such crimes — because both the officials and the public defenders had an agenda other than truth for justice.

– it is about a public defender who colluded with officials and those who brought false allegations against the Marine-who served honorably with

honorable discharge and GOOD CONDUCT MEDAL

just a very small but important – brief example of the public defenders collusion – he had time to get the dd214 for the trial – but did nothing to get that, NOR ANY EVIDENCE for the defense of the Marine

evidence of his coercing the Marine is available all throughout the proceedings which were nothing more than a SHAM

Another small example – in sentencing – the public defender said of the Marine that “my client ALLEGES he is a Marine”. There are so many other crimes he committed, but this is the least of them but one of the many that are very severe – & – adversely impactful.

To understand the impact – he gave himself away here (& many times over in other places) as working for the false witnesses (& district attorney etc.). He basically calls the Marine a liar here – and implies – his disparaging beliefs of the Marine all the way through the sham court proceedings – The public defender did nothing to gain the truth, nor did he present the truth right before him. Nor did the public defender seek out any witnesses for the Marine, but the Marine begging everyone he knew – to help him to reveal the truth, so one of the Marine’s sisters, NOT THE PUBLIC DEFENDER, she contacted over 100 people who were more than willing to attest on the Marine’s account – which proves so much about the corruption of the courts and the corruption of the courts false witnesses – including the district attorney and the probation officer, even though there was only 1 witness – & – the Marine as the other witness—the only veracious and honorable person of all of them. Certainly, the judge was not honorable, he was 100% DISHONORABLE POS like the rest of them.

– the public defender – while addressing the court during sentencing – said: “THE DEFENDANT ALLEGES HE IS A MARINE”

– to the Marine – this proves he colluded with the state and court officials in the conspiracy to wrongfully imprison the Marine – by committing crimes to suppress the truth that was both easy to ascertain as presented – just as the falsities were easy to ascertain, and much more truth could have been attained — all would have verified the integrity of the Marine – and the malicious sophistication of the witness/criminal who allow[s]ed others to commit crimes in her name. So many facts available to prove not only the public defender committed crimes that obstructed justice to have the Marine wrongfully imprisoned etc. but all the state and court officials and the 4-they procured criminal activity from as well.

– the public defender started his collusion, and was apparently, on the district attorneys team before he met with the Marine

– after the first public defender – vanished quit or… was pulled off for the purpose of the conspiracy – but she too may have been part of it – because she attempted to get the Marine to lie about his sexuality as a defense also without a meeting with the Marine prior to proceedings.

– both public defenders never met with MARINE to listen to the Marine and discuss approaches of how to defend the Marine with the TRUTH.

– the second public defender

– told the Marine he needs to plead guilty

– not only without a meeting to go over the facts

– but also, even before introducing himself (name etc)

– then, when the Marine told public defender the lies being told about him – the public defender, instead of insisting on a meeting to make a defense, told the Marine that if he said that to the judge – the judge will put him in prison for 20 plus years.

– this was after being jailed with no arraignment or anything for about 7 or so days

– another crime of the court and dereliction of duty on behalf of the public defenders.

– the Marine was severely and adversely affected by the disabilities he suffers from since the time of his service in the USMC from injuries while serving his country – protecting everyone’s constitution rights, and he was DENIED THOSE SAME RIGHTS because of corruption/criminal activities of the state&court officials & public defenders etc

– this is nothing compared to all the elements of the book – i am looking for someone to ghost write in this – so message me if it is you – a third party will vet you – to make sure you are not one of the criminals –
