In 1997, a Marine was wrongfully-falsely-imprisoned. A Marine, who put his life on the line for the United States Constitutional Rights – for ALL of America. A Marine, who almost died, several times in service [alone] (shot at, bullet passed mm’s to the left of my shaved head. i was stabbed, almost smashed/obliterated, faced 3 locked & loaded Philippine Marines to defend a POS American Racist driving onto the base in a lifted vehicle while shouting derisive racist epithets, almost smashed my ℅ commanding officer in the face, which very well could’ve had me killed, and that he could’ve taken all my pay, and reduced me to private, and made it so I wouldn’t get paid for months or years. Driving down the road in turbulent times where Philippine Nationalists were protesting, where if we stopped, it is said, that we would all have been killed, which are only some of the times the Marine almost died. Almost swallowed by a wave bigger than a ship. Okay, that is some of them, just in the USMC.

What happened to me is still happening. I was murdered. Everything i ever owned was stolen away from me, and that is including my life. This was all because State and Court officials who are, the ones i was subjected to where/are criminally corrupt, and so were the public defenders who were supposed to defend the truth at least, but charged with defending the person assigned to them. But, they found, in the second one, as the first one abandoned me, and the second one, he was the one who would play ball with the state and court officials by being in cahoots with them, who conspired against me on behalf of a prison guard.

Granted, because of my disabilities, suffered while in service to the United States of America, the Marine does have a way to survive. After over 10 years of being on Skid Row in Los Angeles, and homelessness for 3 years in Pasadena, and 10+ years before that suffering the worse homelessness ever, which is a total of 23 years of homelessness because of the criminals getting away with her crimes – and, now, the Marine is finally surviving in a house, making it on a month to month basis, with all the potential of a professional journey – with most all of the avenues to them, stripped away because of the criminals who have been allowed to enjoy life, liberty and happiness, because of people like the Marine who put their lives on the line, to stand up for the rights of everybody, in their loyalty to the United States.a

Even before the criminals waged war against the Marine, he suffered, mental health breakdowns in public, homelessness, loss of jobs etc., because of the struggle with mental health after the Marine Corps, which has been severely exacerbated to the criminals who still get away with their crimes. This is the power of the criminally corrupt. How many people have they been able to murder, bury, destroy? All you have to do is look up how many people were wrongfully imprisoned in the United States. Certainly, there is not an accurate record of those statistics, because, first of all, nobody has ever cared enough to intervene, to be an advocate for those such persons, until a few decades ago, when organizations like the #innocenceProject came out. They primarily focus on cases that have DNA to exonerate the wrongfully imprisoned. They don’t deal too much if at all, with cases where there is no such DNA evidence to prove innocence.

Just think, if all of the kkkult (cult) that supports djt #x45 who has flaunted his crimes in our faces, if those people would support people who deserve respect, who deserve advocates of #Truth4Justice, and if those who are already advocates of making America better for ALL of Americans – and people in general, if they would too, advocate for those who were murdered by such criminally corrupt people. Not knowing, but i surmise that there may be just as many criminally corrupt people on both sides of politics (dems and gop which now can be seen as all mostly corrupt as a kkkult of the gqp). The point is, there are many in the dem party who are standing against the criminally corrupt, and working tirelessly to advocate for ALL the people of America. You don’t see nearly as much of that, if any at all, in the party of the gop. The thing is, the criminally corrupt in the judicial system, they know that there is a very slim chance that they will be made to account for their crimes, and so they commit their crimes, most times with impunity.

i am asking, for help to write my book, i have boxes of files, and though, it has been 27 years, where i have not been able to get help, though i tried my best to get it, i know that the arguments i have made through ALL of the courts, still stands up. Many witnesses are MIA, and perhaps there is still those who can be investigated, and the stories can then be corroborated or refuted out of logic and reasoning maybe – through the passages of the book, and my writings since this has been done to me.

So, if you cannot help me write this book in my struggle to regain my good name back, then maybe fund my going to University for an MFA (CALArts, UCSC, or UCBerkeley where i can be amongst others who are creatives too, and or – in study and research of such, where i may find even more advocacy than i could imagine. It takes a certain bravery to talk about the intimacies of being wrongfully-falsely-imprisoned, i have to do that, and so far, am on my own in it. i do have a Veteran family for whom i wrote/published in a book that we all did together with some advocates (family members) of Veterans. I have not yet published my piece independently, and we have not possession of our collective book, so, later, i hope to publish my writing there, and then link it in this. If there is a way were i can do it here, and just charge a small amount $3.33 maybe?, then i can link it from here – if anybody can help with that -2-.
