| = - 👀 - = | ∞ If i were slated to die - if i were murdered and a ghost in your atmosphere - if 4 criminals plus their cohorts were allowed to commit crimes against a disabled Marine - if i already almost died several times in the Marine Corps - if i gave it my everything to become a professional after the Marine Corps - if i needed a life coach and never had one - if i nurtured everyone i knew as best i could [except for when subjected to a synthetic hell created by criminals conspiring against me] - and now selective as to who i would nurture or speak to for that matter - what if stability was in a career that is not conventional - such as art! Anyway - U may have guessed. i indeed was murdered, both my person, and lost my life to such criminals. I have lots of documents, still some witnesses to b investigated or interviewed if possible - also - a movie and/or documentary … O.K. National Presidential Debate & the wish for this Nation to succeed, that we can all live decently and healthily in the promise of Democracy

“for this Nation we serve”

Marine Corpse, Navy, Army, Air Force, and Coast Guard

and we others who serve…, some of them who actually also sacrifice their lives too

wounded in the wars abroad, and wars at home,

after how many lives lost in the fray of the every day

this opinion fighting that opinion

and the actual oppression and suppression of people by violence

terror, not only in these wars over seas, but these wars here at home

some of us in the midst of these, insurgents, taking and gaining by any means

>> but not enough it is to know this happens, like the wars over seas

nothing to change anything until it is thought about by all,

to understand the depth of complexities, as to how such comes about!!!

>> those in sky highs, and those who can’t eat

not just speaking of those soaked in the drug culture in tents and straight on the street

but those who just can’t get the shoes to stand on their feet

no momentum to gain, like sleet streaked sidewalks where the fallen still seek

seek to get a job to support the essences of life
>>My president, and Romney too, put some of the issues out, and still the poor will crawl

true it is as i see, one will help more poor to get free – but it is me

i want the green jobs, i know nuclear has no place on earth

so many possibilities where risk is too high – and other options available

for the U.S. to again sky high, and that from air, from sun, and water

energies that eventually have relative low cost

investing in the earth, is investing in ourselves

>> and more wars than we know what to think of

i speak of equal rights wars in gender, specifically women’s lib, in the most positive of light

fair treatment… for our gay community!!! and everyone to be free

the look into the injustice of a judicial system

the blatant racism that is more camouflaged by sophistication, today more than ever

So yes, this Marine served

for rights of all people, and for the decency and civility for disagreements to be resolved

in this Nation we serve

o.k. this is a learning process, and i hope that i get this going much smoother as time goes by, because this could get extremely long!!! i don’t know if i should just blog these, but i posted 2 in my everyday poetry on the bar!!!

” before going to the dirt“

in this time

says clocks that days slip in time

freeze not good for my mind

but it does all too many time

in the shortening of the span from here to there

where i am , on this earth and before i hit the dirt

not as in a low crawl ducking for cover, and keeping my soul from the shutter

but as in many feet under, all in my mouth

as i hope to be buried in a non casket

let the bugs feed on my soul, my body rot!

to make one more beautiful piece of life

>> in fact

let it be by a beautiful lake

plant the peach tree on top of me

let worms eat giving aeration to make the fruit sweet

let it be consumed to minds of excellent creativity

the same or better civility

spraying it to the stardust speckled sky

and coloring all of U and i
>> make all the memories of anything and all that this soul contributes

to be maybe the only and at least a final tribute

how long it shall last – be the present and past

making the new and better roads from history learned and passed

like from some of the most beautiful souls to walk the earth

with Jesus, and Jimi Hendrix, and Sue Brown to name a few

Sayuri Soul, and Ernie hoping to find more others whole

and the voice of Eloquence in our friend Jimmy Recinos

>> and to all the precious souls who serve –

up for the sacrifice to ensure Democracy instilled

and for those who continue to work in the service

of democracy not yet born

>> these and so many more have made my eclectic universal soul sing

and express the many forms of art from here to shiny sea

well, maybe just here so far!!!

so 

19% 

is not what i have ever given

but well over 100 %

and to those who are perplexed at the possibility

it is quite easy, going above and beyond

that of the average soul

expending all your energy, and then some

like that of the Japanese drummers

putting both feet forward, and bring the hands to the ready

put the mind in gear, and shake off the troubles

to get embraced for the steady

flow of work grow from a place thought not had

but then there it is shining in the glistening sweat 

synapses are dripping wet, from the perfuse use without abuse

well, perhaps after all these years, it just comes naturally

and then coming to work it some more 

for U know it has not been quite a workout as of yet

>> so on the steps, to an even climb

to a verse or two

with or without rhyme , but everyday reason

in and out of what U think is a season

and lambasting all who readily commit treason to the integrity of civility

this to all the mindset of this art, here is creativity

so – does it suffice for brains betwixt these words and one’s thoughts

or do U not know

now my computer is at 17%

Poetry ✁ is the inner linings of pain inside out, all exposed, in a lyrical dance with word play bringing back stray thought that seemingly got away: it is at the – in the clouds pinnacle of every precipice exclaiming burgeoning joy, gratification, pleasure, & happiness: it is the word nerds playground in sound rooms of brain trained in everyday strain of realities observed and overheard, in the normal and the absurd – whatever those are: it is a philosophers springboard to catapult the ideas of idealisms into where swimmers swam to keep their cool from the pool of gibberish rhetoric tied to puppet strings wrecked in nonthinking absurdists not knowing of their nonsense!!!: it is the challenge to the stereotypically maniacal racist idiots, and the nonsensical people who prejudice others for their culture (◉practices that hurt nobody – but may offend some ◉) the question be as to why – and the mirror shall answer, the lack of education, and at least – intolerance. this and more is poetry – defined by kenneth james this day 9/11/12

For each person who has ever created art, everyone of those persons may have a different definition of when it is, that they have finally become an artist. One may believe that they are an artist after creating what they consider to be their first piece of art. In that case, most of us who have attended grade school can consider ourselves to be an artist, as most people have created some kind of art during this period of time.

i have over 500 poems, but have not been able to transcribe from journals and scrap papers, i have recorded a few – and am starting a new project (8/29/12 @ 10:05:40) where i want to find people who will record my poetry in a way they wish too… with my consent!!! and sign release that it be posted on my youtube.

i have about 100 pieces of art shown on this site, and i have another 400 (aprx) that i will eventually add. i did this art, and still create art as a means of therapy for a condition called PTSD etc. One of my signature pieces is: find U’r Love found

i am writing a book about a severe trauma, a war less known – and not popular – it is not Iraq nor Iran etc. U can read about this in the book when i finish, and get it published.

i don’t typically capitalize my name nor i when referring to myself, all others i do, and this is because my person has been murdered, and at the time i live again, if i do before leaving earth, then i shall. there are other related nuances related to the trauma that i suffer[ed] that cause setbacks, and my reactions, are harmless to others, though i notice, some people take the time to try to understand where a person is coming from, and others could care less. i take this as the nature of earthlings in general, everyone is different.

there is much more to me, perhaps i shall add some later, and look forward to learning about the souls within the journey called 198
