in memory of Aaron Swartz 

i hope all to contact there local representatives to consider the draconian laws which destroy citizens unrightfully and unduly – these in our nation fueled with hype and agendized (a word i made up/coined for the sake of those falsely imprisoned and / or victimized by the)  legal systems

this is what i wrote as a personal note to my reps

in light of the suicide, or was it murder by psychological warfare – of this brilliant citizen – Aaron Swartz, i hope U to please – consider the way people , the citizenry are pursued in the United states, they should not be just a #, the facts and circumstances should be considered, not just these district attorneys – to be allowed to ANNIHILATE one of our Citizens with draconian uses of laws that are unrelated to the realities of the situation at hand

“ sweetheart to many ”

yes, even to men, i am a sweetheart, especially before suffering trauma, this for over 10-years of hell – so not mine own, and the aftermath of another 5 years murdered

my embrace even more complete – back in them days – less street, from where those impoverished hands came, but my feet, they have taken me to places where thus yet, i can only dream, and my mouth, many years been silent, but always as with this entire soul, has spoken words to bring folks whole, as in homeostasis for individuals and the collective,

my mom, she says very soft spoken i am, and like my dad used to say – she calls me – very truthful, even though, she cannot love me – to the influence of others with less than love to share an disallow to be shared, still, i cared, gave all the love…

greetings to U my friend

i noticed in U, some of the same pain that I have

i see distress in your face even though you are smiling

noticing your posture so heavy and weary

💝💝

so I ask, are you o.k.

in my heart, knowing that there is a heaviness

an anguish not easily shaken

when at times it has seemingly gone away

but something triggered a memory

and in you it has become a strain

💝 💝

a strain for putting it back away

what is done needs to be forgotten

that’s what everyone shoved down your throat

because your pain was too deep for their already sinking boat

but not to put a halt to what you go through

it must be a mindset that you can be willing to say, so what if that…

i started about 3 months ago, or is it 4 or 5, i have 60 something poems published!!! i will be incorporating more ideas , including some special poetry projects and shall be seeking some of the fan base to participate , and hopefully i will find a way to give prize $$$ for i have no money myself!!!

the day in which love was found

was it this day, well i met a lovely, and she was enamored toward my way

but like all that i meet, likely no return to me

so i just wait to see,

she viewed my art in the gallery

she liked several others not mine

till i told her, then she said, that is awesome!!!

i told her to get out of the gallery

jokingly of course

i forgot her name already

something to do with my PTSD

well, this is just a little Valentine rambling

but i hope to find her in time
