In 1997, a Marine was wrongfully-falsely-imprisoned. A Marine, who put his life on the line for the United States Constitutional Rights – for ALL of America. A Marine, who almost died, several times in service [alone] (shot at, bullet passed mmâs to the left of my shaved head. i was stabbed, almost smashed/obliterated, faced 3 locked & loaded Philippine Marines to defend a POS American Racist driving onto the base in a lifted vehicle while shouting derisive racist epithets, almost smashed my â commanding officer in the face, which very well couldâve had me killed, and that he couldâve taken all my pay, and reduced me to private, and made it so I wouldnât get paid for months or years. Driving down the road in turbulent times where Philippine Nationalists were protesting, where if we stopped, it is said, that we would all have been killed, which are only some of the times the Marine almost died. Almost swallowed by a wave bigger than a ship. Okay, that is some of them, just in the USMC.

A Marine, with an honorable discharge and a Good Conduct Medal, who is meritoriously promoted to a rank of NonCommissioned Officer -E4- Corporal, is murdered via wrongful-false-imprisonment – and is now seeking any avenues of vindication. The criminals are of no integrity – of course – what else is a criminal composition? The primary criminal who conspired against the Marine is a California prison guard who illegally influenced all the other criminals with his fabrications which the other primary criminal – a female sexual predator who refused to tell the truth of her predacious unsuccessful pursuit of the Marine, rather told a few basic facts which she made false with other falsities she asserted, as well as many more omissions – used to paint the situation in total opposition of the truth.
The Marine is finally coming out about being wrongfully-falsely-imprisoned as a result of an entire army of criminals. By the way, the prison guard is a dishonorably discharged soldier (from the army) – i donât know what kind of crime or dishonorable behavior he was involved in, i know he committed many crimes building up to murdering me – an Marine Corps Veteran.
Totally devastating for over 25 years now – all the people actively hiding the truth, afraid to talk about the situation for fear that they will leak truthâŚ
i need help to write this book – to out these criminals and to help America to prosecute true criminals and protect those caught up like me – in a trap – when i was subjected to it during severe depressive disorder and complex PTSD while serving in the USMC protecting the rights of all – democracy of all – where mine -Constitutional Rights- has since been violated and i was denied to ever have them prior to and after being wrongfully imprisoned. i digress Until the writing of the book and other published writings leading to it.
