I shot the birds singing

their songs

swollen over my frame

within their frame

found out

all of their names

bringing recognition

to their particular tune

no delineation of elimination

but the harmony

of hands arm in me

me humbled

and down on one knee

amazed and befuddled

ecstatically given to emotional puddle

and here

all of my thoughts

brought into huddle

and still stumbling over my own 2 – feet

even though

now U gone past several days

still, I’m on that sing along

just the same way

since the first time

I heard U play

and did I ever play

with just that one

we scream and shout

in the good way

and all aloud

no bars hold

from now

until we get old

life’s loving intimacy lent lust for breath

lust lust lust and more lust for life

lust for life – when I want to die

lust for life when there is no more try left in the hands and mind

even if a seemingly hopelessness situational desperateness wished to take me or you to no end

lust for life – may get us to think twice

so wishing for the opulent things that I could never imagine having, yet I am imagining

imagining in my lust for life when it is death that deceives me all of the time

when it is my speaking of being a multimillionaire, with an estate, and an awesome bed behind every door of every room

never ever again having to pick up a broom, nor a dustpan especially after a crazied dense’d senced roommate…

i hope all to contact there local representatives to consider the draconian laws which destroy citizens unrightfully and unduly – these in our nation fueled with hype and agendized (a word i made up/coined for the sake of those falsely imprisoned and / or victimized by the)  legal systems

this is what i wrote as a personal note to my reps

in light of the suicide, or was it murder by psychological warfare – of this brilliant citizen – Aaron Swartz, i hope U to please – consider the way people , the citizenry are pursued in the United states, they should not be just a #, the facts and circumstances should be considered, not just these district attorneys – to be allowed to ANNIHILATE one of our Citizens with draconian uses of laws that are unrelated to the realities of the situation at hand
